Ingredients required for vegetable fried rice recipe
- Garlic cloves – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Chopped red capsicum
- Chopped green capsicum
- Chopped carrot
- Mango powder
- Red chilli sauce
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Corn seeds
- Schezwan sauce
- Soya sauce
- Boiled rice
- Chopped cabbage
Procedure of making veg fried rice at home
- Take a pan on stove and add 2tbsp of oil to it. Add chopped garlic cloves, green capsicum, red capsicum, chopped cabbage, chopped carrot and ½ cup sweetcorn seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Add required salt to the vegetables.
- Now add mango powder, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar.
- Mix all the ingredients. Now add boiled rice and mix it well.
- Garnish the veg fried rice with coriander leaves and serve to the plate.
Vegetable fried rice is ready to eat. Serve this veg fried rice with raitha or gravy for adding more taste.
