How to make veg fried rice – Vegetarian vegetable fried rice recipe

It is easy to prepare veg fried rice at home. People love to add too many vegetables while preparing veg fried rice. In this veg fried rice recipe we added few vegetables that are very commonly used in making of this rice dish. This vegetable fried rice is a best meal during lunch and for dinner. Some love to eat as a snack because this rice dish is having rich vegetables. You can also add peas, broccoli and other vegetables for making the fried rice tasty. Ingredients required for vegetable fried rice recipe

  • Garlic cloves – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped red capsicum
  • Chopped green capsicum
  • Chopped carrot
  • Mango powder
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Corn seeds
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Boiled rice
  • Chopped cabbage

Procedure of making veg fried rice at home

  • Take a pan on stove and add 2tbsp of oil to it. Add chopped garlic cloves, green capsicum, red capsicum, chopped cabbage, chopped carrot and ½ cup sweetcorn seeds.
  • Mix all the ingredients well. Add required salt to the vegetables.
  • Now add mango powder, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar.
  • Mix all the ingredients. Now add boiled rice and mix it well.
  • Garnish the veg fried rice with coriander leaves and serve to the plate.

Vegetable fried rice is ready to eat. Serve this veg fried rice with raitha or gravy for adding more taste.
