How to prepare sweet corn cutlet

Sweet corn cutlet is a tasty snack item made with sweet corn. It is served hot with tomato sauce. Sweet corn contains high amount of fibre that is good for health. Recipe is simple to prepare with delicious taste. Let us see the procedure of sweet corn cutlet


  • Sweet corn kernels- 1 cup
  • Capsicum-1/2 cup
  • Potatoes- 2 boiled
  • Bread crumbs- 4slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger grated- 1 spoon
  • Green chillies- 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves-2 spoons
  • Plain flour- 2 spoons
  • Black pepper- 1/4 spoon
  • Oil- 3 spoons


Step 1: Smash boiled potatoes and take in a bowl, add capsicum, ginger, green chillies, green coriander and half of the bread crumbs.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly

Step 3:Add some water and stir it well without any lumps.

Step 4:Make cutlet mixture into small balls and dip in the flour mixture.

Step 5:Later coat in the bread crumbs powder

Step 6: Heat oil in a non-stick pan, spread the cutlet balls all over.

Step 7: Cook it till it turns into brown colour on both sides.

Step 8: Enjoy the taste of sweet corn cutlet with tomato sauce.
