How to prepare stuffed mushrooms


We choose to eat snack items of different varieties that have different taste. Stuffed mushroom is a delicious Italian recipe prepared with ingredients having nutritional values. It is easy and simple to make this snack item at home. Let us see the procedure of making the stuffed mushroom snack.


  • Mushroom(large)- 12
  • Chopped red chilies- 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar- 2 spoons
  • Olive oil- 2 spoons
  • Chopped cucumber- 1 cup
  • Red bell peppers- ½ cup
  • Dill leaves chopped- ½ cup
  • Yogurt- 3 spoons
  • Cream cheese- ½ cup
  • Onions chopped- ¼ cup
  • Chopped garlic- 2 spoons
  • Chopped coriander  leaves- ½ cup
  • Oil- 2 spoons
  • Garlic paste- 2 spoons


Step 1: Take a bowl, add mushrooms and garlic paste marinate them for 5-10min.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and sauté it for 2min.

Step 3: On other side, take a bowl, add cucumber chopped, red bell peppers, dill leaves, yogurt and stir it well.

Step 4: Add chopped red chilies, onions, vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic and salt stir it well.

Step 5: Add cream to the mixture and keep aside.

Step 6: keep the stuff in mushrooms and add cream cheese as topping to it.

Step 7: Garnish with dill leaves or coriander leaves and serve to eat.
