How to prepare apple soya shake

Apple soya shake, Sweetened soya milk with apple, cinnamon and cardamom. Soya milk is a low fat drink with high amount of proteins whereas apple is the rich source of fiber. This is the delicious healthy shake with huge health benefits. This drink is served chilled especially preferred in summer season. Let us see ingredients to make this drink.


  • Apple- 4
  • Soya milk- 2 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 3 spoons
  • Cinnamon powder- pinch
  • Crushed  cardamom- 3
  • Ice cubes- as needed
  • Apple slices for garnish


Step 1: Take fresh apple and rinse them thoroughly.

Step 2: Cut apples into small pieces.

Step 3: Using mixer, blend apple pieces, soya milk, cinnamon powder, cardamom, ice cubes into thin liquid.

Step 4: Pour drink in glasses and sprinkle cinnamon powder.

Step 5: Garnish drink with apple slices.

Step 6: Add some ice cubes if needed and serve chilled.
