  • Baby corns- 250gms
  • Green chillies- 3
  • All purpose flour- 1 spoon
  • Curd- 1 spoon
  • Chilli powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala- 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
  • Corainder leaves- 1 bunch
  • Curd- 2 spoons
  • Garlic- 4 pods
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Rice flour- 2 spoons


Step 1: Wash coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies.

Step 2: Add coriander leaves,curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a processor and blend it well until smooth.

Step 3: Place the blended mixture in a bowl. add salt, garam masala, chilli powder, rice flour, all purpose flour and curd. mix all the ingredients well.

Step 4: Cut baby corns in a bowl and add to the mixture.

Step 5: Stir it well to coat masala for baby corns.

Step 6: Heat oil in a pan, add masala coated baby corns in oil.

Step 7: Deep dry them and serve in a plate.

Step 8: Garnish with onion slices and coriander.
