Strawberry- melon summer salad
- Fresh yogurt- 1 cup
- Lemon – 3 spoons
- Honey- 2 spoons
- Watermelon pieces- 2cups
- Cantaloupe pieces- 2 cups
- Raspberries- 1cup
- Fresh strawberries-halves – 2 cups
- Cherries- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Add yogurt, honey, lemon juice in a bowl, whisk them well until smooth.
Step 2: Combine watermelon, cantaloupe, raspberries and strawberries in a bowl.
Step 3: Add whisked yogurt mixture to the fruits and stir it well.
Step 4: Add cherries as toppings to the fruit salad.

Fresh fruit salad
- Strawberries- 2 cups
- Kiwi fruit- slices- 2
- Banana slices- 1 cup
- Oranges- 2- peeled
- Grapes- seedless- 1 cup
- Blueberries – 2cups
- Pineapple chunks- 2 cups
- Vanilla essence- 1 spoon
- Grated lemon zest- 1/2 spoon
- Brown sugar- 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice- 1/4 cup
- Orange juice- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Add orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest and lemon zest to a sauce pan, boil them at medium flame.
Step 2: Simmer the mixture for 5min until thickens.
Step 3: Off the flame, add vanilla extract and stir it well.
Step 4: Set aside till the temperature reduces.
Step 5: Layer all the fruits in a glass bowl, place pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, oranges, grapes and blueberries.
Step 6: Pour the cool fruit juice sauce over all the fruits.
Step 7: Cover with a lid and store in refrigerator for 3-4hrs before serving.

Summer corn salad
- Sweet corn- 1 cup
- Onion slices- 1/2 cup
- Tomato slices- 1 cup
- Olive oil- 1/4 cup
- Vinegar- 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh basil leaves.
Step 1: Boil salt mixed water in a large vessel.
Step 2: Cook corns for 10-15min at low flame.
Step 3: Drain the kernels and set aside to cool.
Step 4: Take a large bowl, add corn kernels, tomatoes, onions, basil leaves, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 5: Stir all the ingredients and serve the chilled salad with mixed flavors.
