A delicious banana bread with dry nuts and raisins. It is a low fat recipe made with fresh banana puree. It is very easy to make such a sweet and moist bread. Let us see the procedure of making this yummy banana bread.
- All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup
- Baking powder- 1/2 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Smashed banana- 1 cup
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Eggs- 2
- Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Baking soda- 1 spoon
- Margarine- 1/4 cup
Step 1: Add sugar, margarine in a bowl, using beater make into smooth cream.
Step 2: Add eggs, bananas and water, beat again to avoid lumps.
Step 3: Add plain flour, soda, baking powder and salt and stir it well.
Step 4: Preheat oven for 350 degrees, apply ghee in baking pan.
Step 5: Drop mixture on the pan evenly and keep inside the oven.
Step 6: Bake it completely till it turns like a loaf.
Step 7: Remove cake pan from oven and keep aside.
Step 8: Cut bread into pieces and garnish with dry nuts or raisins.
