How to make health drink using vegetables and fruits

  • Chopped tomato- 2 small
  • Carrot chopped- 1 large
  • Lemon juice-  spoons
  • Cucumber (peeled)- chopped- 1 small
  • Salt- to taste
  • Ice cubes- 1cup

Preparation:

Step 1: Take tomatoes, carrot, cucumber wash them with fresh water.

Step 2: Peel skin of cucumber and cut into small pieces.

Step 3: Drop them in mixy jar and blend them into thin liquid.

Step 4: Add lemon juice, sugar and salt. mix them well.
