Summer fruit chunks are made especially for kids using fresh fruits, These fruit chunks are made with fresh juicy fruits that are available in summer. - Vanilla yogurt- 3/4 cup
- Fresh orange juice- 150ml
- Watermelon pieces- 2 cups
- Musk melon pieces- 1 cup
- Kiwi fruit slices- 1/2 cup
- Banana pieces- 1 cup
- Pineapple pieces- 1/2 cup
- Strawberries- slices- 1/2 cup
- Maple syrup- 1/4 cup
- Desiccated coconut- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Clean and peel skin of each fruit, cut into small pieces.
Step 2: Take raw coconut and grate it well.
Step 3: Drop desiccated( grated) coconut over plate evenly.
Step 4: Place cutted fruit pieces evenly on the plate.
Step 5: Sprinkle remaining desiccated coconut over fruit chunks.
Step 6: Pour maple syrup over all chunks.
Step 7: Store in refrigerator for 5-10min before serving.
Step 8: Combine vanilla yogurt and orange juice in a bowl and serve along with fruit chunks.
