How to cook delicious chicken recipes at home

Chicken cashews

Chicken cashews


  • Skin less and boneless chicken breasts- 2cups
  • Chicken broth- 1/2 cup
  • Chopped bell peppers- 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted roasted cashews- 1/4 cup
  • Chopped green onions- 1/2 cup
  • Minced garlic- 1 spoon
  • Chopped celery -1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil- 3 spoons
  • Chopped onions- 3/4 cup
  • Honey – 1 spoon
  • Cornstarch- 4 spoons
  • Dry sherry- 2 spoons
  • Soy sauce- 3 spoons
  • Oyster sauce- 2 spoons
  • Grated ginger- 1 spoon


Step 1: Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth in a bowl. shake it well to combine.

Step 2: Add remaining soy sauce, 2 spoons of cornstarch, chicken broth, oyster sauce and honey in a small bowl.

Step 3: Heat spoon of oil in a non-stick pan at medium flame, add chicken mixture and saute it for 3-5min.

Step 4: Heat remaining oil in a pan, add onion, celery, bell peppers and saute it for 2min.

Step 5: Add ginger and garlic and stir it well. Combine both the mixtures

Step 6: Boil chicken mixture well by stirring it well and remove from heat. Sprinkle green onions and cashews.

Grilled chicken with fruit salad

Grilled chicken with fruit salad


  • Boneless chicken breasts- 6 ounce
  • Lemon pepper- 1 spoon
  • Soy sauce- 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1/2 cup
  • Minced garlic- 1 spoon
  • Minced fresh ginger- 1 spoon

For fruit salad:

  • Pineapple chunks- 2 cups
  • Chopped mango- 1/2 cup
  • Kiwi fruit slices- 3/4 cup
  • Diced red onions- 1/2 cup
  • Grounded cumin- 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper- pinch
  • Fresh cilantro- 2 spoons


Step 1: For chicken, combine juice, soy sauce, ginger, lemon pepper and garlic in a air tight bag.

Step 2: Add chicken to the bag and shake it well to coat chicken.

Step 3: Marinate in refrigerator for an hour.

Step 4: Remove chicken from bag and place in grill boiler.

Step 5: Spray oil to the chicken cook it for 5min until chicken is done.

Step 6: For fruit salad, combine all the ingredients and stir it well.

Step 7: Serve along with chicken fruit salad.

  • Chicken boneless breasts- 5
  • Chopped green onions- 1/2 cup
  • Minced fresh rosemary-1 spoon
  • Chicken broth- 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper- pinch
  • salt to taste
  • Dry white wine- 1/4 cup
  • Half-and-half – 1/2 cup


Step 1: Heat oil in a large non-stick pan at medium flame.

Step 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.

Step 3: Add chicken to the pan and cook until it becomes soft.

Step 4: Add green onions, wine, rosemary and cook it for 30sec.

Step 5: Stir it well and cook it for 5 more min.

Step 6: Add half-and-half and cook it for min.

Step 7: Off the flame and serve the delicious recipe
