A north Indian recipe with fresh mint leaves. We prepare chicken using different ingredients to make dish more tasty. Mint chicken recipe is popular all over the regions and favorite dish for everyone. The recipe is simple to prepare with fresh mint flavor.


  • Chicken- 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves bunch- 1
  • Coriander leaves- 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed
  • Green chilli- 4
  • Garam masala powder- 1 spoon
  • Chilli powder- 1 spoon
  • Corn flour- 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder- pinch
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 2 spoons


Step 1:In a mixer, add green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt.

Step 2:Grind it well into fine paste.

Step 3:Heat oil, add grinded paste and cook till oil get separated from mint paste.

Step 4:Add washed chicken and sauté it for 2min.

Step 5:Add ginger and garlic paste and mix it well.

Step 6:Cook it for 2min later add red chilli powder and garam masala powder.

Step 7:Add half glass of water and place a lid.

Step 8:After 5min, add corn flour powder and stir it well without any lumps.

Step 9:Cook the recipe till it dry.

Step 10:Off the flame and serve in a bowl.

Step 11:Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy the taste of it.
