How to make Chicken Boneless Curry

You must have tried preparing chicken boneless curry at home. Chances are that you didn’t get it like the one you ate at the restaurant. Nothing to worry. Ingredients required for making tasty chicken boneless curry

  • 500 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Few green chillies (chopped)
  • Few garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Some curry leaves
  • 1 cup curd
  • Oil
  • Soya sauce

Now here’s the detailed recipe of delicious chicken boneless curry

Add half of the buttermilk to the boneless chicken. Then add half of the cornflour, a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, few drops of oil and a little salt to it. Now take two while eggs in a container and beat them thoroughly. Add some amount of the beaten eggs to the boneless chicken. Now mix everything really well and allow it to marinate for at least an hour.

Now take a good amount of oil in a container and let it warm. You’ll have to use this oil to deep fry the chicken pieces. Now deep fry each marinated chicken piece until they turn golden brown. Now set a pan on the stove. It’s all set to cook the chicken. Add a tablespoon of oil to the pan and let it warm. Add few chopped garlic cloves to the oil and cook for few seconds. Now add a cup of chopped onion and few chopped green chillies. Also add few curry leaves and mix everything well. Fry it for a minute then we’ll move to the spices. Add one tablespoon of coriander powder, one of turmeric powder and one of red chilli powder. Also add salt according to your taste.

If you like to have less salt, add less and if you like to have more salt, you can increase the amount. We prefer to add less salt because we already added a little salt while marinating the chicken. Now don’t forget the taste changer, soya sauce. This will give proper colour and taste to your boneless chicken. Mix everything well and allow it to cook for some time. Now add a cup of curd to it. This will add a little sweet, but salty taste. Mix it well again. Make sure you keep stirring the mixture after adding curd to it. Otherwise, it can damage the whole flavor. Finally, it’s time to add deep fried boneless chicken to the mixture. Now mix everything well so that the spices get properly coated on the chicken pieces. Now you can turn off the stove as your boneless chicken curry is ready. Serve it hot and yes, don’t forget to garnish it with coriander leaves.
