- Tuna in spring water, drained- 200gms
- Low fat cream cheese- 1/4 cheese
- Spring roll – sheets as required
- Olive oil- 1/4 cup
- corn kernels- 200gms
Step 1: Preheat oven at 180 degrees, On other side place baking paper on baking pan.
Step 2: Combine tuna, corn and cheese in a bowl.
Step 3: Place Spring roll sheet on a flat surface, place tuna mixture at one edge.
Step 4: Fold and roll up to enclose filling.
Step 5: Place on a tray, repeat the process for remaining rolls with tuna mixture.
Step 6: Spray oil on all the rolls and bake for 15min until golden.
Step 7: Take out and set aside for 5min before serving.
