- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Raw bananas
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
Procedure of making raw banana chips at home
- Wash the raw bananas and peel off the skin. Take water in a bowl and add turmeric powder and salt to it. Mix it well.
- Cut the banana slices into the water. Rest for 10 minutes. Drain the banana pieces from water and put them on the cloth.
- Take a pan on the stove and add oil to it for deep fry. Put the banana pieces in the hot oil and fry till golden brown in color.
