- Butter- 100gms
- Mixed spice-1 spoon
- Egg- 1
- Plain flour-200gms
- Baking powder- 1 spoon
- Brown sugar- 50gms
- Cinnamon powder- 1 spoon
- Grounded ginger- 1 spoon
Step 1: Mix sugar, butter, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl. Beat them well and make into smooth paste by using electric beater.
Step 2: Add egg to the cream and beat again.
Step 3: Mix Plain flour, baking powder to the mixture.
Step 4: On a flour board, roll dough thinly and cut into round shapes.
Step 5: Place them in oven for 15-20min at 180 degrees C.
Step 6: Take out and set aside till the temperature reduces.
Step 7: Add raspberry jam between each two biscuits.
Step 8:Apply cream and sprinkle red jelly or cherries.
