Spicy sweet corn paratha, a delicious recipe with nice texture.sweet corn contains high amount of fibre, vitamins. paratha are made using different types of leafy vegetables. A healthy and tasty recipe with carom seeds flavor easy to cook with few healthy ingredients. Let us see the ingredients and procedure of making this recipe.
- Wheat flour- 1cup
- Grated sweet corn- 250gms
- Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
- Chopped green chillies- 2
- Carom seeds- 1/4 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Step 1: Take a bowl, add wheat flour, grated sweet corn and salt. mix it well for 2-3min.
Step 2: Add green chillies, carom seeds in a mixy jar and make into paste, later add it to mixture and mix it well.
Step 3: Add corinader leaves and stir it well by adding some water.
Step 4: Mix it well and make into smooth dough and keep aside.
Step 5: Later make dough into small balls, and spread dough balls evenly on all sides.
Step 6: Heat non-stick pan, pour spoon of oil and fry the paratha till it turns into brown colour.
Step 7: Apply oil on both sides and fry it.
Step 8: Serve the hot sweet corn paratha with paneer curry.
