- Mushroom(large)- 12
- Chopped red chilies- 1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar- 2 spoons
- Olive oil- 2 spoons
- Chopped cucumber- 1 cup
- Red bell peppers- ½ cup
- Dill leaves chopped- ½ cup
- Yogurt- 3 spoons
- Cream cheese- ½ cup
- Onions chopped- ¼ cup
- Chopped garlic- 2 spoons
- Chopped coriander leaves- ½ cup
- Oil- 2 spoons
- Garlic paste- 2 spoons
Step 1: Take a bowl, add mushrooms and garlic paste marinate them for 5-10min.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and sauté it for 2min.
Step 3: On other side, take a bowl, add cucumber chopped, red bell peppers, dill leaves, yogurt and stir it well.
Step 4: Add chopped red chilies, onions, vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic and salt stir it well.
Step 5: Add cream to the mixture and keep aside.
Step 6: keep the stuff in mushrooms and add cream cheese as topping to it.
Step 7: Garnish with dill leaves or coriander leaves and serve to eat.
