Stuffed avocado crab cakes, a tasty recipe made with different ingredients. Crabs live in fresh water oceans at tropical regions. It is popular sea foods loved by all with unique taste whereas avocado is a seed item with nutritional benefits, it also contains good cholesterol that is needed for the body. - Drained, rinsed crab- 6
- Peeled and finely chopped avocado- 1/2 cup
- Chopped shallot- 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice- 3 spoons
- Beaten egg- 1
- Salt- 1/2 spoon
- Orange( peeled, sliced)- 6 slices
- Bell pepper( red) chopped- 1/4 cup
- Olive oil- 3 spoons
- Parsley leaves chopped- 1/4 cup
- Mixed greens- 2 cups
- Mayonnaise- 2 spoons
- Dijon style mustard- 1 spoon
- Salad dressing- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan at low flame, add shallots and saute it for 2min.
Step 2: Add fried shallots, bread crumbs, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red bell peppers, parsley, dijon style mustard, beaten egg, salt and crab. stir the whole mixture well and store in refrigerator or 15-20min.
Step 3: Take off crab mixture from refrigerator and add avocado pieces, stir the whole recipe completely.
Step 4: Divide crab mixture into equal sizes and chill it for 30min.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan, fry the crab cakes for 3-5min till brown.
Step 6: Add greens, orange slices and salad dressing to the plate and serve the crab cakes.
