How to make chilled raspberry juice in hot summer

An edible fruit with high amount of vitamins, metals and dietary fibre. The taste of raspberry fruit is very sweet and flavorful. Raspberry is used to make different recipes such as juices, smoothies, ice creams and salads. Combination of both cranberry and raspberry juice are very tasty and served chilled. Add dry fruits to the recipe for more taste. It is simple to make within no time. Let us see the procedure of making delicious summer fruit juice.

Ingredients:

  • Cranberry- 1/2 cup
  • Raspberry – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Raspberries- 1 cup
  • Whipping cream- 1/3 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin- small pack

Preparation:

Step 1: Combine raspberry and cranberry juice in a bowl.

Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of juice and 3 spoons of sugar in a sauce pan and stir it well.

Step 3: Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture to soften.

Step 4: On other side, wash raspberries and make it into a fine puree.

Step 5: Sieve the puree and remove seeds from it.

Step 6: Cook juice over medium flame for 2-3min until sugar dissolves.

step 7: Later set sauce pan aside till the temperature reduces and store in refrigerator for 30min.

Step 8: Pour mixture in all the glasses, later raspberry puree over it.

Step 9: Beat whipping cream and sugar until soft. pour cream as topping for raspberry drink.

Step 10: Garnish raspberry fruit over the juice.
