How to make pineapple sandwitch using yogurt

Delicious snack with mint chutney. Sandwitch with pineapple and yogurt, it is very tasty recipe with yogurt flavor. Let us see the procedure of making this delicious snack at home.

Ingredients:

  • Sandwitch bread- 4
  • Yogurt- 1/4cup
  • Dried mint powder- pinch
  • Chopped green chilli-1 spoon
  • Sugar powder- 1/4spoon
  • Butter as needed
  • Crushed carom seeds- 1/4 spoon
  • Crushed cumin seeds- 1/4 spoon
  • Paneer – 1/4 cup
  • Drained pineapple syrup

Preparation:

Step 1: Peel skin of pineapple and finely chop them into thin slices.

Step 2: Press pineapple in hands to drain the syrup.

Step 3: Put curd in colander and sieve it without water, keep aside for 20-30min.

Step 4: Take paneer cubes in large bowl and beat it well till it become smooth.

Step 5: Add chopped green chilli, cumin seeds, carom seeds  and mix it well.

Step 6: Add sugar powder, mint powder to the mixture and mix it well.

Step 7: Apply butter on each bread slice.

Step 8: Apply thin layer of mixture on bread and roll the slices tightly.

Step 9: Wrap butter on bread slice and preserve in refrigerator.

Step10: Later cut sandwitch bread into thin slices and garnish with pineapple slicesand mint leaves.

Step 11: Serve recipe with green chutney.
