Dragon fruit smoothie, Dragon fruit is a popular fruit in south americe with green and pink texture. Dragon fruit is also known as pitaya and it is similar kiwi fruit. It has mild flavor with high amount of anti-oxidants. This drink is served chilled in hot summer. Let us see the procedure of making this smoothie.
- Dragon fruit- 1
- Yogurt- 2 spoons
- Milk- 3/4 cup
- Ice cubes- 1 cup
- Corn cereal- 2 spoons
- Sugar – 2 spoons
- Apricots- 2
Step 1: Clean dragon fruit with fresh water.
Step 2: Cut and peel skin of dragon fruit into pieces.
Step 3: Deseed apricots and blend both dragon fruit , apricot into fine paste.
Step 4: Add sugar drops, yogurt and milk. blend them combinely.
Step 5: Add ice cubes and keep aside till the temperature reduces.
Step 6: Add corn flakes and blend again into smooth liquid.
Step 7: Serve chilled in glasses with corn cereal.
