Delicious snack item, simple to prepare with few ingredients. We can use sour cream instead of yogurt and also sweet potatoes as a substitute of potato. There are different recipes that we can make using potatoes as it makes recipe more delicious. Let us see the procedure of making crispy snack item.
Ingredients:
- Thick potato slices- 1 cup
- Cooked and crumbled turkey bacon- 4 strips
- Shredded cheddar cheese(low fat)- 1/4 cup
- Chopped white and green onions- 3
- Fat free green yogurt- 2 spoons
Preparation:
Step 1: Place potato slices between two baking mats to make recipe more crispy.
Step 2: Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Step 3: Bake potato slices for 15min, take out and remove the top mat and bake again for 5min until potatoes changes its color.
Step 4: Increase the temperature of oven, Later take out potatoes from oven and spread cooked potatoes in a single layer.
Step 5: Sprinkle bacon and cheese, bake till it melts for 2-3min.
Step 6: Remove from oven and sprinkle green onions and serve yogurt as side dish.
