Omelet is a low calorie nutritional item served along with any meal. Summer veggies like corns, zucchini are used to make this delicious item. It is simple and easy to prepare within no time and recipe is loved by all the kids. Let us see the procedure of making the spicy omelet for kids.
- Eggs- 2
- Shredded gouda cheese- 2 spoons
- Water- 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Paprika – pinch
- Turmeric powder- pinch
- Black pepper crushed- 1/4 spoon
- Chopped green onions- 4 spoons
- Zucchini chopped- 1/2 cup
- Frozen corn kernels- 1/4 cup
- Jeera – 1/4 spoon
- Green chillies chopped- 1/2 spoon
Step 1: Beat eggs in a bowl by adding salt .
Step 2: Add paprika, turmeric powder, water and mix it well.
Step 3: Add green onions, green chilies, black pepper and jeera, stir it well.
Step 4: Add corn kernels, zucchini chopped, gouda cheese to the mixture and beat it well.
Step 5: Keep aside for 2min, heat 2 spoons of oil in a sauce pan.
Step 6: Drop the mixture and place a lid on it.
Step 7: After 10sec remove it and add some oil if needed.
Step 8: Off the flame, serve the omelet in a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
