Mithai custard is a delicious dessert served hot with unique taste. It is simple to prepare mithai custard within time. - Pomegranate pearls- 3 spoons
- Besan laddoos- 2
- Rasagullas- 4
- Gulab jam-4
- Kaju katli- 3-4spoons
- Milk- 1 1/2 cup
- Custard vanilla powder- 2 spoons
- Kesri pedas , halved- 3
Step 1: Make milk and custard powder in a bowl.
Step 2: Heat non-stick pan at low flame, add the custard mixture and stir it well continuosly.
Step 3: Add kaju katli slices, gulab jam and rasagullas and stir it well slowly.
Step 4: Smash besan laddoos and cook till the mixture gets thicken to required consistency.
Step 5: Place kasri pesa in each glasses and pour the custard over.
Step 6: Garnish with pomegranate pearls.
Step 7: Serve the hot mithai custard.
