How to make pineapple cupcakes

Pineapple is an edible fruit grown in the tropical region. It is a juicy fruit with good medicinal values. Recipes made with pineapple are more delicious with tangy flavor. It contains vitamins, minerals that are required for your body. Pineapple cup cakes are made with fresh pineapple chunks and cherries. It is very simple to make this cake using oven. Let us see the procedure of making pineapple cupcakes at home.

Ingredients:

  • Yellow cake mix- 250gms
  • Eggs- 4
  • Vegetable oil-1/4 cup
  • Pineapple juice- 1 cup
  • Butter-1/2cup
  • Brown sugar- 1cup
  • Dark rum- 3 spoons
  • Cherries slices – 12-15
  • Pineapple chunks- 100gms

Procedure:

Step 1: Melt butter in a sauce pan, add brown sugar and rum to it.

Step 2: Stir it well and cook the mixture until thickened.

Step 3: Off the flame and keep aside.

Step 4: Apply butter on muffins cup and pour the hot mixture evenly on all the cups

Step 5: Place cherry slice on the center surrounded by pineapple chunks

Step 6: Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 7: Add yellow cake mix, pineapple juice, eggs and oil stir it well for 2-5min.

Step 8: Add batter oven pineapple chunks completely and bake it for 15-20min.

Step 9: Remove the muffin cups from oven and set aside to cool.

Serve the cup cakes of the juicy fruit.
