How to make chocolate caramels

Chocolate caramels are popular candies easy to prepare at home. It has delicious taste with caramel and vanilla extracts. Let us consider for making these candies.

Ingredients:

  • Honey- 1/4 cup
  • Almond butter- 1 spoon
  • Water- 1 spoon
  • Vanilla extract- 1/2 spoon
  • Chocolate chips- 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil- 1/2 spoon
  • Cocoa butter- 2 spoons

Preparation:

Step 1: Boil honey in a vessel and simmer it for 5-10min untill honey changes color.

Step 2: Off the flame and add almond butter, unsalted butter, vanilla and water. stir the caramel mixture well.

Step 3: Pour the mixture in parchment paper and set aside to cool.

Step 4: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.

Step 5: Pour chocolate melt in candy molds.

Step 6: Take some pinch of caramel and roll them into balls.

Step 7: Place caramel over the center of chocolate.

Step 8: Store in refrigerator to harden for 1-2hrs.
