  • Boneless chicken-500gms
  • Corn flour- 2 spoons
  • Chopped green chillies-5
  • White pepper powder-1/2 spoon
  • Sugar- 1spoon
  • Oil to fry
  • Soya sauce- 2 spoons
  • Egg-1
  • Garlic paste- 1 spoon
  • Chopped green onions- 1 cup
  • Chicken broth- 2cups
  • Coriander leaves- 1 cup


Step 1: Clean boneless chicken pieces with fresh water.

Step 2: Add one spoon of soya sauce, corn flour, salt and egg.

Step 3: Stir it well and marinate chicken for about 15-20min.

Step 4: Heat oil in kadai and fry the chicken till it gets brown colour.

Step 5: Heat 4 spoons of oil in a pan, add garlic paste and green chillies. Saute it for 5min at low flame.

Step 6: Add chicken broth, sugar, salt, pepper powder and remaining soya sauce and stir it well.

Step 7: Add ajinamoto to the recipe and stir it well.

Step 8: Add fried chicken pieces and cook it for 2min.

Step 9: Add some water and stir it well without any lumps.

Step 10: Cook it for 5min and off the flame.

Step 11: Serve recipe in plate and garnish with green onions.
