Delicious blackberry jelly fool made with blackberries and sugar. Gelatin is the main ingredient used in making blackberry jelly. Blackberry belongs to berry family used in making jams, sauce and salads. In this recipe we can different flavors to make jelly fool more tastier. Instead of blackberry we can other berries like raspberry, cranberry etc.
- Rolled oats- 100gms
- Grounded ginger-pinch
- Honey- 2 spoons
- Brown sugar- 20gms
- Raisins- 10gms
- sunflower seeds- 20gms
- Blackberries- 200+200+100gms
- Lemon juice- 2 spoons
- Vinegar- 1 spoon
- Gelatin sheets soaked in cool water
- Lemon zest-1 spoon
- Sugar- 100+100gms
- Cream- 250ml
- Vanilla pod seeds- 1 spoon
Step 1:Preheat oven at 170 degrees centigrade , add blackberry fruits, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar and water in a pan.
Step 2:Stir it well and boil it for 5-10min at low flame.
Step 3:Sieve the mixture, remove seeds and add gelatin to the pan. Stir it well and keep aside to cool.
Step 4:Divide the jelly liquid in glasses by placing blackberries at the bottom. store glass in refrigerator for 1-2hrs.
Step 5:To make fool, add blackberries, lemon zest, sugar in a pan and cook for 5-10min. later off the flame and keep aside to cool.
Step 6:Whisk cream along with icing sugar, vanilla seeds. add fruit mixture to the top of the jelly.
Step 7: To make granola, Add rolled oats, sunflower seeds, blackberries, cinnamon, ginger, honey, raisins, salt and brown sugar in a vessel and stir it well.
Step 8: Spread mixture on baking pan and bake for 30min, later stir it well and off the flame.
Step 9: Serve the blackberry jelly pool in a glass and sprinkle granola mixture as topping.
Step 10: Garnish with blackberries and enjoy the taste of blackberry jelly pool
