For pan cakes:
- Plain flour- 1/2 cup
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Egg- 1
- Sugar- 2spoons
- Vanilla extract- 1 spoon
- Baking soda- 1 spoon
- Salt- 1/2 spoon
- Plain yogurt- 3 cups
- All types of berries- 2 cups
- Granola- 4 spoons
- Maple syrup- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Add plain flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl. stir it well slowly without any lumps.
Step 2: Add milk, egg and vanilla extract and mix it well.
Step 3: Whisk the whole mixture well till batter is smooth.
Step 4: Heat non-stick pan, drop batter in pan using ladle, cook till batter turns into brown shade.
