- Yoghurt- 1 cup
- Walnuts- 2
- Almonds- 4
- Pine nuts- 3
- Brazil nuts- 1
- Flax seeds- 1 spoon
- Sesame seeds- 1/2 spoon

- Sugar- 1/4 spoon
- Banana- 1 medium
Step 1: Add yogurt, sesame seeds, walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, honey and banana blend them into thick liquid by adding some water.
