Baby Corn sesame fry is a crispy snack item served hot. Recipe is very spicy with delicious taste. It is very simple to prepare this recipe at tea time. Let us see the ingredients used to make this recipe.
- Baby corn- 250gms
- Plain flour- 2 spoons
- Sugar- pinch
- Ginger and garlic paste- 1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions- 1 spoon
- Sesame seeds- 1 spoon
- Oil to fry
- Chilli flakes- 1/2 spoon
- Soya sauce- 1 spoon
- Tomato sauce- 1 spoon
- Corn starch- 1 spoon
- Vinegar- 1 spoon
Step 1: Take a bowl, add corn starch,plain flour, ginger garlic paste and required amount of salt. mix them well using some water and make into thick batter.
Step 2: Add baby corns and sesame seeds, mix it well.
Step 3: Heat oil and fry baby corns and keep aside.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic , saute it well.
Step 5: Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and pinch of salt. saute the whole mixture.
Step 6: Add chilli flakes and fried baby corn, stir it well.
Step 7: Sprinkle spring onions and serve the recipe.
