- Apples- 2
- Black dates- 6
- Fresh curd- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 3/4 cup
- Low fat chilled milk- 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes- 6
- Honey- 1/4 cup
- Crushed cashew nuts- 3 spoons
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 spoon
Step 1: Wash and peel the skin of apples, cut into small pieces.
Step 2: Combine fresh curd, chilled milk and apple pieces, sugar and ice cubes in mixy jar. blend into fine liquid.
Step 3: Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
Step 4: Pour smoothie in glasses and garnish with honey, cashew nuts.
Step 5: Store in refrigerator for 10-15min.
Step 6: Serve the chilled drink in hot summer.
