- Plain flour- 1 cup
- Sugar powder- 3/4 cup
- Milk- 3/4 cup
- Flax seeds- 1spoon
- Almonds chopped and roasted- 2 spoons
- Ghee- 1/2 cup
- Baking soda- pinch
- Baking powder- 1/2 spoon
- Chopped dates- 2 spoons
- Walnut chopped- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Take plain flour in a bowl, add baking soda and baking powder. stir it well and keep aside for 10min.
Step 2: Take a bowl of milk, add dates, flax seeds, walnuts and almonds let them soak for 5-10min.
Step 3: In a mixy jar, add all the soaked nuts and grind it into fine paste.
Step 4: Take a kadai, melt butter and add powdered sugar, stir it well without any lumps.
Step 5: Add paste of dates, walnuts,flax seeds and almonds to the mixture.
Step 6: Now add plain flour and stir it well, cake batter is ready.
Step 7: Apply ghee to the cake vessel and preheat oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
Step 8:Drop all the cake mixture in a vessel evenly and keep in preheated oven for 40min.
Step 9: Off the oven and take out the cake, sprinkle fried cashew nuts.
Step 10: Cut into small pieces and serve them in a plate.
