Cinnamon glazed popcorn, a spicy mouth watering snack item especially for kids. The recipe is delicious and crispy with the combination of grounded cinnamon and ginger. Recipe have both sweet and salty taste. Cinnamon glazed popcorn is similar to the caramel popcorn and different from regular popcorn. You can also mix yogurt and milk cream for more taste. - Plain popcorn- 3 cups
- Unsalted butter- 2 spoons
- Grounded cinnamon- 1/2 spoon
- Grounded ginger- pinch
- Salt to taste
- Honey- 2 spoons
- Raw cashews- 3/4 cup
- Parchment paper
Step 1: Line baking sheet with parchment paper, Preheat oven at 320 degrees.
Step 2: Take a sauce pan, melt butter, cinnamon, ginger, salt and honey at low flame without any lumps by slowly stirring it well.
Step 3: Next, add cashew nuts and coat with the mixture.
Step 4: Spread coated cashew nuts over parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Step 5: On other side, stir popcorns in the remaining honey butter mixture and set aside.
Step 6: Roast cashew nuts in oven for 5min and later combine with popcorns.
Step 7: Simmer both popcorn and cashew nuts in oven or 2min.
Step 8: Bake them till they turn into brown color.
