- Unsalted butter-4 spoons
- Kosher salt- 1 spoon
- Finely chopped thyme- 2 spoons
- Chopped basil leaves- 2 spoons
- Fresh corns- 1 cup
- Chicken broth- 5 cups
- Sugar- 1/2 spoon
- Paprika- pinch
- Chopped shallots- 1/2 cup
- Grounded black pepper- 1/2 spoon
Step 1: Melt unsalted butter over medium flame, add chopped shallots and stir it well. cook it for 5-10min
Step 2: Add chicken broth, corn kernels, salt and pepper. Cook them whole mixture for 10min at low flame without lid.
