Spicy pita rolls served with vegetable salad and different types of sauces. It has spicy and delicious taste with mint mayonnaise. Pita breads are simple to prepare at home. Let us see the procedure of making spicy pita rolls.
- Round pita breads-2
- Mayonnaise- 1/2 cup
- Grated cabbage- 1/4 cup
- Grated carrot- 1/4 cup
- Thick yogurt- 1 spoon
- Garlic yogurt sauce- 1/4 cup
- Black olives- 3 halves
- Red chilli sauce- 2 spoons
- Tomato ketchup- 2 spoons
- Chopped iceberg lettuce-3
- mint mayonnaise- 1/4 cup
Step 1: Take a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yougurt sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup stir it well.
Step 2: Add mayonnaise and keep it aside and let it marinate for 15min.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and saute the mixture for 5-10min at low flame.
Step 4: On other side, heat non- stick pan place pita bread and heat it for 2min.
Step 5: Off the flame, take pita bread and apply some mint mayonnaise on both the breads.
Step 6: Place some vegetable stuff on each pit bread and sprinkle lettuce leaves.
Step 7: Roll pita bread tightly and pin ttothpick with black olives.
Step 8: Serve them in a plate immediately
