- Cucumber- 1
- Pears- 2 – seeded
- Flax seed oil- 1 spoon
- Ice as needed
- Fresh baby spinach
- Water- 1/2 cup
Step 1: Peel skin of cucumber and chop into small pieces.
Step 2: Cut pear into small pieces and add to the processor.
Step 3: Add cucumber pieces, flax seeds oil, fresh baby spinach and water.
Step 4: Blend all the ingredients for 2min, later add ice cubes and blend again.
Step 5: Serve recipe in a glass and enjoy the taste of chilled drink in this hot summer.
Yogurt cucumber smoothie
- Yogurt- 1 cup
- Cucumber- 1
- Honey- 1 spoon
- Lime juice- 2 spoons
- Almond milk- 1/4 cup
- Ice cubes- 1 cup
- Mint leaves- hand full
Step 1: Peel skin of yogurt and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: Add yogurt, cucumber pieces, honey, lime juice and almond milk. Blend the ingredients well for 2min.
Step 3: Add ice cubes and blend them again.
Step 4: Serve recipe in glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
