Stuffed vegetable parathas are liked by all. Recipe is very spicy with ginger and black pepper that are used in making stuff. Serve paratha pizza with tomato sauce, mint chutney or any fruit jam.
- Maida- 2cups
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Sugar- 1 spoon
- Yeast- 1 spoon
For stuff in paratha
- Chopped cabbage- 1/2 cup
- Chopped baby corn-1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander- 3spoons
- Grated cheese- 50gms
- Black pepper- 1/2 spoon
- Chopped ginger- 1 spoon
- Chopped green chillies- 1 spoon
- Ghee- 3 spoons
Step 1: Take a bowl, add maida flour, salt, oil, sugar and yeast mix it well and make it into a smooth dough.
Step 2: Keep aside for 2hrs till it become puffy.
Step 3: Take a bowl, add chopped cabbage, capsicum, baby corn, cheese mix them well.
Step 4: Add oil, black pepper, ginger, green chilli and salt stir it well for 2min.
Step 5: Divide stuff into equal parts, place stuff in pizza paratha and close all the sides.
Step 6:Coat pizza paratha in dry flour. repeat the process for all the stuff.
Step 7:Heat oil in kadai, fry paratha in oil till it turns into brown shade.
Step 8:Serve pizza paratha in a plate with tomato sauce.
