How to make peach and cream cheese slices

A mouth-watering dessert was made using peach and cream. Recipe is very puffy with peach slices and cream, it is seasoned with dry nuts and raisins which are good for health. Cream cheese cake slices are served along with vanilla ice cream for delightful taste. Now let us see the procedure of the delicious peach and cream cheese slices.

Ingredients:

  • Butter- 100gms
  • Eggs- 2
  • Desiccated coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Milk- 1/4 cup
  • Plain flour- 1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup

For toppings:

  • Cream cheese- 250gms
  • Sugar- 1/4 cup
  • Egg-1
  • Peach slices( drained)-  400gms

Procedure:

Step 1: Using processor- Add butter, sugar, eggs, flour, desiccated coconut, milk in a processor and blend them well until smooth.

Step 2: Grease pan and spread the mixture over it.

Step 3: Drop peach slices over it randomly on the top.

Step 4: For toppings- blend cream, cheese, sugar and egg in a processor.

Step 5: Pour mixture over the top and place remaining peach slices over it.

Step 6: Bake recipe at 190 degrees for 20-30min until golden color.

Step 7: Serve with vanilla ice cream for more taste.
