How to make noodles pakora

Noodles Pakora

Crisp snack item made with boiled noodles. Noodles pakora can also be prepared using paneer to make it more soft. Noodles is all time favorite dish for kids and youngsters. It is an instant snack item with delicious taste.Let us see the preparation of yummy and crispy noodles pakora.

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour- 1 cup
  • Corn flour- 3 spoons
  • Boiled noodles- 1 cup
  • Cabbage chopped-1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilli- 2 spoons
  • Chopped coriander- 1/2 cup
  • Ginger chopped – 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

Step 1: Take a bowl, add gram flour and corn flour mix them well without any lumps by adding water.

Step 2: Add salt, red chilli powder, green chilli and chopped cabbage.

Step 3: Stir it well and make into smooth dough.

Step 4: Add chopped corinader and ginger , stir it well.

Step 5: Add boiled noodles to the dough.

Step 6: Heat oil in kadai till it smokes and fry the noodles dough.

Step 7: Fry them till it turn into brown color and serve them in plate.
