- Small rasagullas- 10-15
- Hung yogurt- 2 cups
- Sugar- 3/4cup
- Green cardamom powder- 1/2 spoon
- Peeled and blanced pistachio- 2-3
- Saffron- 1/2 spoon
- Mango pieces- 1 cup
- Fresh cream- 2 spoons
- Almonds- 2 spoons
Step 1: Blend mango into paste, later add saffron and blend again.
Step 2: Add hung yogurt, sugar, cream and blend again till smooth.
Step 3: Add green cardamom powder and stir it well.
Step 4: Pour mango mixture in all the glasses.
Step 5: Drop rasagulla in each glass.
Step 6: Garnish with pistachio and almonds and store them in refrigerator.
