There are lot of desserts that we choose to eat daily but kesar badam kulfi is delicious dessert in india with its Cream and softness. It is famous dessert in hot summer with cardomom flavor and has melt in mouth texture. Ingredients such as almonds and pistachio adds more taste to the recipe. kulfi is prepared using different types of fruits like mango, apple etc moreover each variety has its own set of ingredients. Let us learn procedure of making kesar badam kulfi.
- milk- 2 litres
- sugar- 1 cup
- kesar- 1/2 spoon
- cardomom powder- 1/2 spoon
- roasted and slivered almonds- 1/4 cup
- pistachio slices- 2 spoons
Step 1: To store kulfi , place matkis in water for 2-3 hrs
Step 2: Remove them from water and keep aside to dry.
step 3: Heat milk in a pan, Add sugar and stir it well.
Step 4: Add cardomom powder, kesar and cook it for some time.
Step 5: Roast almonds without ghee and add them to milk.
Step 6: Make pistachio into thin slices and add them to milk.
Step 7: Stir it well and store the milk in matkis.
Step 8: Cover matkis with aluminium foil and store in refrigerator.
Step 9: Serve cool kesar almond kulfi
