How to make instant wheat flour dosa

Wheat flour dosa is popular break fast easy dish to prepare. As this recipe is prepared instantly it doesn’t require fermentation. Wheat flour dosa is very crispy and spicy dosa which is very quick to prepare. Let us see the ingredients and procedure of making instant wheat flour dosa.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour- 1cup
  • Rice flour-1/2 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Cumin seeds- 1 spoon
  • Black pepper powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped ginger- 1/ 2 spoon
  • Green chillies chopped- 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • chopped coriander leaves- 1/2 cup

Preparation:

Step 1: Take a bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour mix them well by using water.

Step 2: Later add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and chopped ginger.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside for 10-15min.

step 4 : Add chopped green chillies, coriander and required salt and stir it well.

Step 5: Heat pan, add 2 drops of oil and spread batter evenly in circular shape.

Step 6: Heat for 1min and add few drops of oil , cook till it turns into brown colour.

Step 7: Serve wheat flour dosa in a plate.

Enjoy the taste wheat dosa with hot sambar or coconut chutney.
