Use any combination of fresh fruits to make this fruit dessert. In hot summer this recipe is more healthy with delicious taste. It is prepared with fresh and seasonal fruits. you can use ice creams and more fruit sauces to make this dessert tastier.
- Milk- 350ml
- Corn flour- 2 spoons
- Cashew nuts- 1/4 cup
- Raisins- 1/4 cup
- Apple pieces- 1 cup
- Mango pieces- 2 cups
- Dates- 1 cup
- Pomegranate- 1/2 cup
- Oats- 3 spoons
- Caramel sauce- 1/4 cup
Step 1: Boil 250ml of milk in a vessel.
Step 2: Add corn flour to the remaining milk and stir it well.
Step 3: After milk gets boiled add cornflour mixed milk to hot milk and stir it well without any lumps.
Step 4: Cook it for 2min and off the flame till the temperature reduces.
Step 5: Store in refrigerator for 20-30min.
Step 6:Take a bowl, add mango pieces, apple pieces, pomegranate seeds, chopped cashew nuts , raisins and chopped dates.
Step 7: Mix it well and add chilled milk mixture.
Step 8: Mix it well to combine all the ingredients.
Step 9: Serve in a bowl and pour caramel sauce as topping.
