How to prepare falooda using soya milk

In hot summer, every one prefers chilled drinks such as juices, milk shakes, smoothies etc but now let us try recipes of different types. Here is the recipe made with soya milk and basil seeds. Both the ingredients are good for health, moreover basil seeds plays a major role in reducing the body temperature. Falooda is made with soya milk, basil seeds adds more taste to the recipe. It is very simple to prepare. Let us see the procedure of making the delicious falooda

Ingredients:

  • Soya milk- 1/4 cup
  • Mango puree- 1 cup
  • Milk powder- 3 spoons
  • Maize flour- 2 spoons
  • Low fat milk cream- 2 spoons
  • Sugar powder- 4 spoons
  • Basil seeds( soaked)- 2 spoons

Preparation:

Step 1: Combine milk powder and maize flour in a bowl, stir the ingredients well by adding 2 or 3 spoons of soya milk.

Step 2: Boil soya milk at low flame till it starts bubbling.

Step 3: Add milk powder mixture to the milk and stir it well.

Step 4: Off the flame and set vessel aside till temperature reduces.

Step 5: Later,add mango puree, milk cream, sugar powder and mix it well.

Step 6: Store whole recipe in refrigerator for 2-3hrs.

Step 7: Take out the recipe and blend it well in the processor.

Step 8: Now add soaked basil seeds to the recipe.

Step 9: You can also add dry fruits to the recipe for more taste.

Enjoy the taste of chilled falooda using soya milk.
