  • Fresh yogurt- 1 full cup
  • Salt – 1 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig
  • Lemon juice- 5 spoons
  • Green chillies chopped – 1 spoon
  • Water- required.
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make

Step 1: Add fresh yogurt in a bowl and stir it well.

Step 2: Add salt, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and mix the mixture well.

Step 3: Add lemon juice and water. muddle the whole drink and serve them in glasses.

Step 4: Add ice cubes for the chilled buttermilk.

  • Fresh yogurt- 2 cups
  • Water- 3cups
  • Jeera powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Coriander powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Parsley leaves chopped- 2 spoons
  • Chopped green chillies- 1 spoon
  • Salt- as needed
  • Chopped ginger- 1/2 spoon

How to make

Step 1: Make yogurt into fine paste, add salt to it and stir it well.

Step 2: Add jeera powder, coriander powder and mix all the ingredients.

Step 3:Add chopped ginger, green chillies and ice cubes to the drink.

Step 4: Blend the whole recipe for 2min and serve them in glasses.

Step 5: Garnish with parsley leaves and serve the chilled drink.

  • Fresh yogurt-  2cups
  • Salt as required
  • Ice cubes- 4
  • Chopped cucumber- 1/2 cup

  • Cool water- 3 cups

How to make

Step 1: Mix curd, water and salt and make into thick liquid.

Step 3: Blend the whole mixture well for a minute.

Step 4: Add chat masala and pepper powder , blend the liquid again.

Step 5: Serve chilled drink in a glass and garnish with cucumber slices and parsley leaves.
