Baked potato salad, is a favorite snack item or side dish easy to make within no time. Recipe is very delicious and flavorful and topped with shredded cheese. It is loaded with chopped spring onions and parsley leaves. Let us see the procedure of baked potato salad.
- Potato wedges- 150gms
- Mustard paste-1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Fresh, chopped parsley leaves- garnish
- Crushed black pepper- 1/2 spoon
- Mixed, dry herbs- 1/2 spoon
- Olive oil- 2 spoons
- Mayonnaise-3/4 cup
- Spring onions chopped-2 spoons
Step 1: Place potato wedges/ thick slices over baking plate, add olive oil to it.
Step 2: Mix it well and place the tray in preheated oven.
Step 3: Bake them for 20-30min till brown and crispy.
Step 4: Take bowl, add mayonnaise, herbs, mustard paste, crushed black pepper and salt.
Step 5: Mix all the ingredients, now add baked potato wedges and stir it well.
Step 6: Garnish recipe with parsley leaves, chopped spring onions and serve it immediately
