Grilled shrimp, a popular non-vegetarian starter and side dish famous in all the restaurants. It is served hot with any variety of dipping sauce. Recipe is very hot and spicy with delicious taste. There are different recipe we can make with shrimp but this recipe is quite easy to cook at home itself. This grilled shrimp is simple to make with fresh flavors of minced garlic. Let us see the procedure of making the delicious spicy item.
- Fresh shrimp- peeled- 1 kg
- Minced garlic cloves- 4 or 5
- Tomato sauce- 1/4 cup
- Chopped basil leaves- 2 spoons
- Red wine vinegar- 2 spoons
- Olive oil- 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper- 1/4 spoon
Step 1: In a large bowl, add garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce and red wine vinegar.
Step 2: For seasoning, add chopped basil leaves, salt and cayenne pepper, stir it well.
Step 3: Add shrimp and stir all the ingredients well until evenly coated.
Step 4: Place a lid and store bowl in refrigerator for 20-30min.
Step 5: Preheat grill at medium flame, suck shrimp onto skewers one by one.
Step 6: Apply olive oil to grill gate and start to cook in grill for 2-5min per side.
Step 7: Serve grilled shrimp with vegetable stock and dipping sauce.
