Tasty badaam sharbat with cardamom flavor. Famous health drink served chilled in hot summer. Delicious drink with crushed almonds and kewda essence. Let us see the procedure of making chilled beverage.
- Soaked almonds- 100gms
- Crushed cardamom-6gms
- Almond essence-1 spoon
- Water- 2cups
- Potassium meta bi-sulphite- pinch
- Kewda essence- spoon
Step1: Peel skin of almonds and blend into fine paste by adding some water.
Step2: Sieve mixture using cotton cloth completely without water.
Step 3: Add sugar to the two cups of almonds mixture.
Step 4: Heat almond liquid at low flame till it dissolves to half.
Step 5: Add crushed cardamon, almond essence and stir it well.
Step 6: Add kewda essence to the almond liquid and mix it well.
Step 7: Keep liquid aside till the temperature reduces, mix potassium meta bi-sulphite to the liquid.
Step 8: Store liquid in tight bottle and preserve in refrigerator.
Step 9: Serve chilled badaam sharbat in hot summer.
