- Boneless chicken pieces- 300gms
- Minced onion- 2cups
- Chopped ginger and garlic-2 spoons
- Coriander powder- 2 spoons
- Chilli powder- 1 1/2 spoon
- Chicken masala- 1 spoon
- Milk cream- 1/2 cup
- Cashew nut paste- 1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
- Garam masala- 1/2 spoon
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish- 1/2 bunch
- Butter- 3 spoons
- Tomato puree- 1/2 cup
- Green chillies -2 long halves
- Lemon juice- 2 spoons
- Fresh curd- 1 spoon
Step 1:Take chicken in a fresh bowl and clean chicken with fresh water.
Step 2: Add and mix the ingredients turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
Step 3: Add spoon of curd and 2 spoons of lemon juice and mix it well. keep it aside.
Step 4: Heat butter in a pan, fry minced onion till it gets brown colour.
Step 5: Fry green chillies, chopped ginger and garlic pods for 2min at low flame.
Step 6: Add tomato puree and cook it for 5min.
Step 7: Add coriander powder, cashew nut paste stir it well and place a lid.
Step 8: After 5min, add marinated chicken to the recipe and stir it well.
Step 9: Add garam masala, chicken masala and chilli powder is needed and stir it well.
Step 10: Add a cup of water and cook the recipe at low flame till the chicken turn to soft.
Step 11: After 15min add milk cream and chopped coriander leaves, place a lid cook the recipe at low flame.
